EBL Partners Acquires Studio Snaidero Naples

NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2012) – EBL Partners has acquired Studio Snaidero Naples, an independent “Foundation Studio” in the Snaidero-USA network of dealers. The studio will now operate under the name EBL Interiors, with Jeff Mahon, the studio’s previous owner, continuing to be a part of the new organization.

Snaidero, based in Italy, is a premier manufacturer of quality interior kitchens with a commitment to excellence in design and execution. The Snaidero commitment to design is shown through the works of famous Italian designers such as Lucci/Orlandini, Pinninfarina, Iosa Ghini, Giovani Offredi and Angelo Mangiarotti.

“The superior quality and craftsmanship of the Snaidero product was an ideal fit for the vertical integration of EBL Partners and what we are trying to accomplish as a premier construction company,” said Paul Benson, managing partner.

The mission of EBL Interiors is to blend the original designs of the Snaidero artisans into beautiful, functional and technologically advanced kitchens. The firm works closely with architects and interior designers to interface their kitchen designs and specifications into the working drawings of a project using the latest 3-D modeling tools for design. The company has designed and installed kitchens, both new construction and renovation, in many of the most exclusive residences throughout Southwest Florida.

EBL Partners is headquartered in Naples, Florida. EBL provides construction and residential renovation services. Its experience profile includes the successful completion of projects in various sectors, including commercial, hospitality and residential. EBL serves clients throughout Florida and across the country. The firm is currently engaged in projects in New York, Florida and Georgia.
